I use SumatraPDF reader pgm..

 

These days even smartphones can display pdf files. So "perfect" depends on screen properties, battery life, size, cost and so on. Compatibility with other equipment you own might be a factor also.

Only you can define "perfect".

 

I use my iPad. (though it was better before Adobe updated the app and made the viewing area smaller and the menus larger)
