I made a circuit based on the web page (they didn't show diagram):

I made the board obviously not work, need help to check if my circuit is right please.

From the description on the link I see the circuit as below although the description was rather vague on some components.
I don't know if it will work though.
You also have component values on your schematic listed incorrectly.
Check R1,C1,C2 and C4.
