Plagiarism Celebrated

Again, Just watched another PBS documentary celebrating the life and works of Norman Lear, who I don't deny is a talented individual, but a great deal of the program was taken up with his 'Innovative' show, 'All in The Family', which I agree was entertaining, but not once did I see any reference to the show that he plagiarized this series from, The UK show 'Till death us do Part'
Many of the episodes were virtually identical in theme, script and substance, as was another credited to him, 'Sanford and Son' which in some episodes were again, identical down to the theme and script.
I saw no mention of the originator Johnney Speight.
But I could not watch it to the end, to me it was another example of glorifying someones achievements that were not completely true.
( OK I miss-spelt Plagiarism.)
