The answer to your question is "no".
Everyone dismisses me.
I know these phones are bugged, I just can't prove it.

Would you please tell us the make and model of the telephones? Also, if you have the schematic of the phone or PCB that might help as well.
The make and model is the Kingtel KT-9290.
I don't have a schematic of the PCB but I did link pictures to the actual circuit board.

The three ICs on the PCB are
UTC31002
UTC1062
HM91710AP

I've already been threatened by them because they suspect I know something.
If you've been dismantling their phones is it any wonder?
Tape a bit of felt over the phone's mic when not in use ;). If it gets removed by someone other than you then you might have grounds for suspecting a bug.

To be clear, the answer to your question " Can the ringer circuit on this telephone together with the piezoelectric ringer be used to transmit room audio via RF?" the answer is "No."

And you are going to get yourself fired for tampering with the office equipment.

You come off as borderline schizophrenic. Get some help.

How do you know there is any emitted RF? What characteristics (frequency, modulation) does it have?
I have no idea.
But I have a IC-R20 communications receiver 150kHz to 2.2 GHz I'll search the spectrum on AM and FM.
Spectrum analysers are so costly.

Is there any easy way to determine if RF is emitted from the phone? RF comes off as photons?

I know that the phone is bugged. I know.
The audio is not leaving via the telephone line - I checked with an oscilloscope. It must be coming off RF and the piezo ringer polarity is the only modification on the phone.

Perhaps the bad bios article is not bogus.

How, exactly, do you "know" the phone is bugged? Keep in mind that merely suspecting the phone is bugged is NOT the same as knowing the phone is bugged-- no matter how intense your suspicions.

Be explicit: how do you know the phone is bugged?
