Pioneer deck deh-p410ub remote on problem

The deck came with blown audio IC PAL007C. I have changed the IC now the deck plays songs but it is not sending remote on voltage to the amplifiers. Pin 25 of PAL007C is B.Rem which suppose to send 12v. Pin25 connects to diode and then to output connector remote wire.
