It was a bit more dramatic in person... the sunbeams were a touch brighter a few minutes earlier, but I couldn't pull off the road I was on at the moment just to take a picture.

I wonder it that is legal. I suppose as long as there is no serious chance of death it’s not a lethal boobytrap. But if someone does die, you an expect a messy law suit.

I am thinking they are considering it the equivalent of barbed wire but I really wonder about the legal questions.

Pretty sure the corp lawyers put the OK stamp on it as being cheaper than repeated losses from the 'campers' that roam the streets here.
