Does anyone shoot Canon here?

I recently bought a Canon R full-frame mirrorless and the new RF 24-105mm /4L and the RF 24-70mm /2.8L, and I have the RF 15-35mm /2.8L on the way.

I am really liking this new system, it's got a lot of advantages. I love my big flappy mirror cameras (5D Mark IV, 6D, 7D Mark II) but I have to say, I am really looking forward to the (rumored) Rs (70 megapixel, "pro" body) which may just replace the 5D.

So, does anyone relate to this?

Just testing my daughters new Nikon D3500 w/70-300mm telephoto at 300mm -- auto program mode.

(heavily cropped and converted from NEF to PNG so I can post it.)

 

Question:

How does on post a really nice high resolution/high quality image here without first shrinking it and compressing it to unrecognizability?

 

Spent a couple of days scraping and sanding old varnish...

I'm going to use Owatrol D1, approximately 11 coats, then 4 coats of Owatrol D2. The D1 is a saturating oil, so all the small airpockets in the teak will be filled with oil. The D2 is a glossy finish. In about two years, the only thing I have to do is a light sanding and applying one coat of D2.

My plan is to take vertical surfaces one year, and horizontal the next. That way, it's doable on I will spend one weekend doing it.

I can remember being somewhere near Quebec city and some kids pantomiming to me (I didn't speak Quebecois French) that the 12 sided Canadian Nickles didn't work in the machine. You had to use a round one or a US Nickle.
