The image above was inspired by the Robert Crumb's 1960s "Keep on Trucking" images.

I was about 12 when my older brother was looking at colleges in ~'69. We were in California and dropped in on Stanford. I still remember seeing that image painted on a round tabletop in a lounge or cafe or whatever. I think it spoke to me that college was going to be different than high school. Burned into my brain forever.

Mr. Natural, what does it all mean??? Don't mean sheeit...

I also built an IR flash using some high power metal-case IR LEDs. Needless to say, pictures of people in IR also look dramatically different as compared to plain light. For instance in the photo below, my eyes are dark brown.
If someone has dyed her hair, it will appear as a very light gray.

Cinematographers, when they want to show an eerie and spooky look of a person, illuminate the subject from below. Using this technique in a darkened room, and using the IR flash, the resulting photo is even spookier. Using photoshop to add false coloring, the result is a "Son of Carrie" look.

What is the focal length you used here? At least 800 to 1000 mm I would guess.
If you don't recall, the EXIF data will tell you.
It varies but is generally 500mm or 700mm. The lenses are Canon RF 100-500mm ƒ/4.5-7.1L IS USM or EF 500mm ƒ/4L II IS USM with a 1.4x Extender III. The body is ether the Canon EOS R1 or R3.
