Hi Guys,
While I was searching for photoelectric device to demonstrate the photoelectric effect . I found these two kits in Alibaba but the parts i encircled in white i dont know what are they!! And where to find them.
Could any one help and thanks 1000051357.png1000051354.jpg

hi d12,
That 25109 object is an opto coupler, IE; LED light emitter [D] and the light Detector [K].
The D and K symbols represent the emitter and detector devices of the opto coupler.

Do you follow, OK.

Thanks Dear Eric ,
Really appreciated . It seems this kit is not as intened! Because in photoelectric effect, should be electron emiited when the cell exposed to light . Photo coupler works is different story.
First kit also confusing brcause I never seen such cell or dont know what include .

Hi dhia,
What type of light experiments are you trying to test/try?

Often from Alibaba the customer does not get the device he has ordered, also it has very little/poor documentation.

Update:
This PDF has information on detectors.
Dear Eric,
Actually am trying to do photoelectric effect . It consist of photoelectric tube ( which generate electron when exposed to light with proper frequency) . This tube is rare and not easy to find but should be some alternatives I dont know about it.
I was thinking that 25109 kit is demonstrating photoelectric effect but it is complete scam.

If you have any idea, would be highly appreciated .

Danko
