Please,

I work on some project about phase shifting. It is about phase shifting digital input signal (up to 80MHz). Also, I need to control phase from -90 degrees do +90 degrees.

I find some electrical scheme, but there is a problem with low input frequency. As You can see on the picture. The DS1669 works correctly on 1MHz, but it is to low for me. Does anyone have any idea or electrical scheme which works on frequency about 50 MHz to 80 MHz digital input.

Thanks a lot....

Thanks a lot, but I need to control the phase with a step of some 10-20 degrees, don`t need 90 degree phase shifting.

The TLC274 opamp has a GBW of 0.32 MHz. It will not operate in the frequency range you are interested in. On top of that, it is not eve close. You will need to look at radically different circuitry. I'm thinking maybe a tapped delay line or shift register to delay a digital signal. For an analog signal you will need to be more clever than your first attempt.
