Phase Sequence Indicator

I currently have a 208VAC (60Hz) Wye circuit. Is there such a Phase Sequencer Indicator that will trigger 3 separate relay outputs?

Ex #1: If phases a A-B REVERSED, relays A & B will pull in
Ex #2: If phases a A-C REVERSED, relays A & C will pull in

Each Leg to Neutral = 120VAC
Phase to Phase = 208VAC

You mention a 3 phase star (wye) circuit, Then it would seem you are using 3 120v 1ph supplies, or do you have 3ph 208v loads also?
What configuration are you using?
Nothing is really clear in the OP!
A phase sequence detector is usually something else completely!

By ground, I assume you mean Neutral?
I don't know of anything off the shelf, but there are phase rotation/sequence detectors.
How are the phases likely to be reversed, BTW?

Max,
That is correct. The chances of happening are "somewhat" possible. However, this is more like an extra add-on sophisticated feature if that makes sense. Do they have anything that latches outputs?

Normally these are used in elevators, remote/unattended Pumping stations, Also Fanuc CNC used to use one due to the servo drives being phase-rotation sensitive.
Normally they just shut down if a wrong rotation happens to occur, many have a sense contact that can be used as a alarm etc.
