PCB with APDS9960 gesture sensor not works

Hello all,

Recently I have made a circuit with an APDS9960 gesture sensor and few WS2812b LEDs. I have attached the schematics below. The error I had is that, the APDS is not getting discovered when tried to scan for I2C addresses. Can I know where I have been going wrong??
