Hi All . . .

Anyone have any idea who the "go-to" PCB service is currently? My work is all single or double sided, board sizes up to about 4 X 4 inches.

There are so many out there now it's mind boggling . . .

Doesn't matter if I have to use the PCB house software or just use Eagle, KiCad, etc.

Seems like there are more and more overseas/asian companies advertising cheap and quick turn-arounds also.

What volumes?

For proto/diy/low volumes its hard to beat itead pricing..
Quality is great.. Takes around 2 weeks from time of order to when they arrive..

They accept standard gerber format which you can create with any PCB program of your liking (I'm a Diptrace fan)

 

There is also OSHpark https://oshpark.com/
which is a communal board site, everyone's boards submitted are converted to a fill a full manuf sheet for lower cost. And is US based.
They take Eagle BRD files as well as the usual Gerber files.

Dang they are expensive..

Lets look at a 10cm x 10cm board (4"x4" roughly)
Thats 16in^2 = 16 x 5 = $80 for only 3 boards
Or roughly $26 per board

Itead is $19.90 for 10 boards of the same size plus shipping
Lets say its $20 shipping
So $3.99 per board including shipping
