I am looking for an expert in audio PCB design for microphones on circuit boards. If there are any engineers or similar that specialise in audio/ sound on PCB's, we are looking to hire someone to help with our design.

The better question is, what are You trying to accomplish ?,
what's the purpose of the end Product ?

Generally, PCB mounted Microphones have very poor Fidelity,
if for no other reason than the fact that they are mounted to a PCB.

The overall idea could be flawed,
and it may be impossible to achieve what You have envisioned.

Usually the processing Circuitry is more important than the Microphone its self,
and the positioning of the Mic relative to the sound-source is more important than anything else.

and isolating mic from anything that could bring in stray noise. all solids carry sound very well - exactly what one tries to avoid. and that includes PCB
