PCA9306 how to connect ground

Hello everyone,
i want to know how this happens, when i search for PCA9306 i see from photos that the ground is connected to pin 4 but in datasheet it is pin 1
in NXP datasheet they said something about Positive logic but not explained what they are meaning.
so when you write the IC number you will see in google images a lot of pictures and all of them pin 4 to ground except one photo its to pin 1
tried to search for application notes but no explanation
so please help me !

Take a look at this data sheet. Section 5.1 Pinning. Fig 2. Pin configuration for TSSOP8 (DP1) reflects pin 1 as GND as do most but look at Fig 4. Pin configuration for VSSOP8 (DC) and note pin 4 is GND. So it all depends on the package. There is a difference between the TSSOP8 and the VSSOP8 flavors of the chip. Hope that helps explain the differences between the two break out boards.

really thanks for the help i have spent a lot of time searching and i didn't figure out that there are 2 packages because in photos they looks the same !
