Hi I have been looking for a parallel analog to digital converter but there arent any in mouser ,they are either serial or semi-parallel(semi-serial).I am really having a hard time implementing a clock signal so I was wondering if you c\ould give me any suggestions.

Yes, at slow speed for testing. You won't be able to go higher than maybe 10MHz tops without a proper PCB for the signal line interconnects and clocks.
