How to implement precharge circuit and overcurrent protection circuit using mosfets for 100A current with 48V rated voltage. please explain with the circuit.
Thanks

What is a precharge circuit?

Do you want a current limit or electronic fuse type overcurrent protection?
i need current protection circuit to protect the load and precharge circuit is used to limit the inrush currents

Are you the thread starter under a new name.

What is the load and why do you need to protect it?

So I'll ask again.
Do want a current-limit or an electronic fuse type (current goes to zero) protection circuit?

I need electronics fuse type
What's the normal operating current and what current do you want the fuse to trip?

Would it be okay to add a small (milliohm) shunt resistor in series with the ground side of the load?

100A is the current limitation. And i want to use precharge circuit also to limit inrush current.
Initially when powered on precharge circuit will be active, and after 1us precharge circuit has to be bypassed and allowing the protection circuit to work on.
