Nah for the big ones you need something with size to trigger a bite. I used a 9 cm bomber wobbler like the one in the picture.

 

"Go Fish" can't you have fresh fish,I don't care for frozen fish,safety

and pre handleling. Frozen eyeballs.........

It is a nice Brown trout 3 Kg. It has lived in a big highland lake cut out from the sea. So it has not been anadromous. But still fat as a pig. The trouts in this lake are of a very old pure breed of trout.

@ Max, that a great fish, a better looking fish..than the one that took my ocean

picture. I also have a picture of the fish and me side by side. Not ready to show that

yet,but I think you have a better looking fish. Nothing like a good fish story.
