i want to set sampling rate in oscilloscope....can anyone tell how to set?

You can't, at least not on this scope. Manual change of the sample rate is usually only found in high-end and a few mid-range scopes, but not in the entry-level class.

On an entry level scope, the only way to manipulate (reduce) the sample rate is via the sample memory settings by reducing the available sample memory, but since the TBS1072 only comes with a laughably small sample memory size (2500 points, which is less than even some DSOs from the mid-'90s had) there's nothing to reduce.

Can I ask why you want to change the sample rate?

Normally you want the sample rate to be as high as possible, and most digital oscilloscope set the sample rate to the maximum that can be used for the sweep speed setting.
