Hi, I need an oscillating dimmer that endlessly fades LEDs from on to off to on..., to mimic a lighthouse beacon. Roughly 2-3 seconds from top to bottom, or 4-6 seconds for a full cycle. Can someone please recommend what product I'd need if there is such a product, or if not, perhaps provide a one-line with a BOM, so I can try making one myself? Thank you.

 

This circuit works well. Increase the value of the capacitors to 47uF or 100uF to slow it down.
