Opttical digital audio to very old 5.1

Hello everyone.

I have found my old creative 5.1 for PC. It has 3 colour minijack cables to connect to the sound card of the PC.

I want to connect it to the TV, but it only has a digital audio out. I need an adaptor, but I only find for 2 outs (Left and right) I am going to use only the front speakers and the subwoofer.

Will it work the adaptor of the link with that?
