Hello, I'm really confused doing the KCL in this circuit

The OPAMP is ideal so... I write the currents as follow (the current over the source is the same over the capacitor, they're in series)

but someone told me that this was wrong, that the right way is as follows:

This makes me think that in this case does not matter that components are in series, the current is not the same....this makes no sense

 

The components ARE NOT in series. You are forgetting the power supply connections for the op-amp. The positive op-amp supply is what is providing the output current. That current then returns to the positive supply via the ground (circuit common).
