Hi im currently working on a project and it requires the use of an integrator opamp to output a sawtooth wave.

However, when i feed a square wave to the input i get a square wave as an output. During simultion i get a sawtooth for the exact values i have used.

How can i solve this issue?

Hi sorry i meant triangle wave. I only have access to cheap op amps. In addition, I used a 0.2uF capacitor is this too small? What value resistor and capicitor would you recommend to get an amplitude of approximately 15V?

My opamp integrator is a simple integrator (inverted pin connected to a resistor and output is connected to inverting pin using a capictor. Positive pin is connected to ground.

(I cant seem to upload the schematic on this forum )

There is absolutely no way any of us can answer that question without seeing a schematic diagram of your circuit. If you can't post one, it's because you haven't reached a post count of 10 yet.

That seems to be an odd requirement.
it is odd... but that's one of the limitations placed on noobies on this site ... unfair as it is.

Perhaps "somebody" could contact the T.S. via a conversation. The T.S. might be able to attach a schematic file in reply and then "somebody" could post that.
