Very comprehensive and, at the same time, to the point. I like all of the analogies used in explanations. With all of the examples and quick reference material, I'd find a resource like this very useful in my profession, but sometimes I don't have internet access readily available. Is there any way to download the textbook file or otherwise save all of the information in electronic form for offline use, later?
