For my pains I have been working through examples in radioshack 200 in 1 science fair projects.. Number 180 being an octave generator (file attached).
There are three octaves involved, labelled high, medium and low in the simulation with wire attached in turn to the resistors next to the npn transistor. Sampling the output at label out2, I have created a .wav file for each of the three states all of which work perfectly. At label out, after the transistor amplifier the sampled octaves do not give a useful .wav filjust a mere blip sound.
Does anyone know why this should be, the waveforms in ltspice look identical?
