Hello folks, I have been using STS25NH3LL n-channel MOSFETs in the past but they are now obsolete. Can anyone suggest suitable replacement that using the same SO-8 package? In particular it needs to be high temperature (150ºC or better) and low RDSon.

They are going to be used for H-bridge control of a DC motor so they need fast switching times.

Have you tried looking up an alternative on the DigiKey site? They have a parameter menu to help pick from.

I have but it only comes up with the same part numbers. Part of the problem is I'm not sure at this point which parameters are the most important ones other than RDson and on off switching times.

Gate capacitance, threshold voltage, max drain current, max drain-source voltage (Vdss), max gate-source voltage (Vgss).
