Numeric Digital 600 ex ups not starting when power on

Hi, I have numeric 600 ex ups .But now it is not working. When I plug it to 230 v, It didn't start. No power on occurs. I open it and checked voltage using multimeter at power supply pin then there it gives 230 v ,but at the input of transformer it show 0 v input.transformer doesn't get input . If someone have solution that which part I have to check please tell me. thank you in advance
