I have a Hantek oscilloscope with a power supply problem. The first major semi is marked NSD618 B2045G ON AKA. The ON is in a circle and I believe is thus ON Semiconductors that was purchased by Texas Instruments. Any help in fiding a datasheet...and thus a repalcement is needed would be gratefully appreciated.
