/!\Nonlinear AM Modulation/Demodulation./!\

I have Nonlinear AM Modulation/Demodulation. project and I have to use simulation in MatLab , however I have the overall look of this modulator but there is some component I don't know ho to get them, plus I can't find that useful resources in the internet if you know some please tell.

If I want y(t)=ax(t)+b(X^2)(t) , what is the nonlinear device I can use . ??!!
