So im using the nodemcu and i wanted to find i2c address of my max30102 sensor. I run the code and it says no devices found. My connections seem to be right but i just cant figure out whats the problem. Can anyone help me?

Oh okay got it thanks a lot. Now while reading the data from this sensor, im not able to initialise the sensor. It says that it failed in doing so. Any idea why?

 

As an aside,

I keep an old arduino teensey by my side, with a i2c bus sniffer and I2C address sniffer ap on it.

You have just given us a though
may be I could put a real small arduino in a usb key size case...
then it could go on the key ring withthe other USB mst have flash drives.

is the sensor acking the I2C or Nacking ?
