None that I know of, especially with that tight of a Vgs(th).do they not make any?

Then use a NPN transistor.I need NMOS transistor thru hole with VGS(th) of 0.5V to 0.6V. Thru hole because so that i can easily solder on prefer board.
do they not make any?
I do not think so, at least not as discrete parts. As the feature size on wafers gets smaller and the Vdd power supply drops it is possible that you might have a Vgs(th) in that range or lower but remember that is the voltage where the channel BEGINS to conduct. You still need room between Vgs(th) and Vdd to turn the channel on and reduce rds(on) to its minimum value....
do they not make any {NMOS devices with ultra-low Vgs(th)}?
