I need NMOS transistor thru hole with VGS(th) of 0.5V to 0.6V. Thru hole because so that i can easily solder on prefer board.

do they not make any?

None that I know of, especially with that tight of a Vgs(th).

They sell SIP adapters for SOT-23 devices.

You might be able to cherry pick an AO3400 for the threshold voltage you want. They specify 0.65-1.45V, but I recall measuring some that were less than 0.65V.

do they not make any {NMOS devices with ultra-low Vgs(th)}?
I do not think so, at least not as discrete parts. As the feature size on wafers gets smaller and the Vdd power supply drops it is possible that you might have a Vgs(th) in that range or lower but remember that is the voltage where the channel BEGINS to conduct. You still need room between Vgs(th) and Vdd to turn the channel on and reduce rds(on) to its minimum value.
