I have 3 coils brushless dc motor with its driver but i don't know which part is fault so i want to apply directly 24 volt on the motor windings. I there any problem? will i corrupt it ? will it work?

Applying power directly to the motor windings is not going to test it.
First, short the three stator leads and spin the shaft as fast as posible, you should feel resistance and also detect the pole count, if you have a 'scope you can connect a 1k resistor to each stator and connect the ends of the resistor together and use this as a star point and spin the shaft and see that each wave form is equal in turn.
Does the motor have commutation pulses either hall effect or encoder tracks equivalent?
I am assuming this is not an RC motor?
Max.
