I suggest that you simulate the circuit first. Then implement it in a breadboard before you give the design to a PCB manufacturer.

", it seems that the goal is to simulate the sense of touch in some possibly robotic application. THAT is completely different. THAT is totally different from my original perception. So now the scheme will require an organized scheme to repeatedly deliver this 4 by 4array of information in a useful sequence.
