Again? We had another one on the 25th last month!

And there I was, fearing an unseen decline. AAC sure has some weird dynamics.

 

Not weird, school related. We are a teaching site. When finals or other significant events come due it happens.

 

Weren't the finals supposed to have ended by now? And I thought we were running late.

Being the pessimist, more work.

 

What defines "on line"? AAC is one of the tabs that I almost never close, and I seldom turn my computers off. However, they do go to sleep at night. I suppose I'm off line then(?)

 

I think that has to do with the AAC's method of counting, but if I had to choose, I 'd say that a logged in user in a PC will always be online in AAC, regardless of the focus of the tab.

 

Possibly there's a timeout since the last activity. I won't be touching my computer for a few hours, but I'll leave this page open if anyone wants to see if I go offline.

For the member account you can choose the cookie to never expire. I don't know about the guests.

11/5/12 is only the American way to write it. Almost everywhere else in the world, the day comes first, then the month.

Anyway, good to see you Loosie! I haven't heard much from you lately
