I have three pieces of a plug-in transient protection device made by Network Power Systems in Raleigh, NC. One plug, two outlets, rated for 15 A total. Four status LEDS:
Power
Protection
Outlet
Ground
It checks outlet wiring, ground wiring, and has a surprising number of parts inside on a 3" x 3" pcb, including two large rod inductors, a few MOVs, a 15 A thermal breaker, lotsa diodes and resistors, and a dual channel optocoupler, but no other I/O.
Model No. W-2NS
I can't find any information about the device or the company. Anyone know anything?
Thanks
