need tone generator sine wave 2 channel 90 degree phase shifted sine wave

hello everyone . am looking for a tone generator free software for linux pc or free online generator or if some one can makes me a recording .mp3 file what i need is 2 channels 90 degree phase shifted sine waves 500 hertz , thank you for helping me !

If all you need is an audio file, a .wav (or other non-compressed format) would be easy to create with a program.

Lots of apps for your android or iPhone that will generate custom tones for you.

You can install Audacity on Linux and use it to generate your base tone. Then you can copy that tone starting at 90° and paste it at the beginning of another track. Now you have the signal you want, export it in whatever (almost) format you desire.

I use Audacity for Windows and know that this can be done. I checked to see if Audacity was available for Linux (it is). I use it to create audio tracks to control animatronic figures.

thank you very much for your help , i have installed audacity ,very nice small app ! only 11mb but am having issues trying to figer out how to use it , could you please send me a recording in a format you think is the least lossless ,i have spent days trying to figer this out ,it's how i ended up here ,thank you so much djsfantasi neosereal@mail.com am using it to make a 2 phase 500 hz ac power supply, i am using a amp with built-in sd card reader to play the tone , left and right channels are connected to 2 transformers for 2 phase electricity
