Can anybody help me find a new circuit board that's either identical to this one or has the power and volume buttons in the same place and the headphone input and USB c type charging port in the same place. Will pay good price even to the finder. Thanks guys.

 

From your description, no one can guess. Post the make and model of your device (laptop?). There are usually replacement boards available on places like eBay or sometimes Amazon.

 

It's a score 7c institutional tablet.. I would be ok with getting one that's similar but a different brand that I could use with the same screen and case. even if I have to modify it a lil bit. I was looking for one on line and I found something but don't know how to get a picture of the board. I'll post a link so maybe some one can help me find a picture of the board

After searching out the part number of the board shown and finding the description of what the device actually is I feel it is extremely unlikely a common person would be able to purchase the board even if it was available.

 

it is a tablet made in China. how expensive could it be? just buy new one. you already have manufacturer website so why not just talk to them.
