Can you help me to figure out the type of the below shown motor (motor diagram, nameplate, controller). It has 5 wires coming out and used for speed controlling of a kitchen range hood. I need to fix an error of not adequate speed in this device. Can you also suggest reasons for issue in speed.
Thanks in advance!!

The first is an variable speed AC induction motor, the second is a power supply and relay bank, the third appeas to be a stepper maybe, going by the number of leads.
How are you powering the one in your question?

If the question is for the same motor, it could be the switching method is not working, if it is supposed to be one of the relays, then check the circuit board and measure each relay action with a meter.

All three pictures for the same motor. we replaced the circuit board too. Can the problem be inside the motor in the windings or with debris collecting. Thank you!

Possible as Les said, the sintered bronze bearing may need to be cleaned and re-soaked in oil, try using ATF for lube, it stands up to heat.
