Need to create a +/-10V variable source

Hello and thank you for your attention.

For an industrial control application, I need to create a simple +/-10V signal source that can be controlled with a potentiometer. Preferably, it would have a little overhead on each end; perhaps -10.8 to + 10.8 or something close to that.

I'll be connecting this to a +/-15V supply which is inside an enclosure. I would like to add a pot to the outside of the enclosure so I could vary the signal as described above. This is just a command signal so there won't be any significant current draw. I will also be connecting a panel mounted volt meter to this source so that the output can be monitored (but that part is simple).

Does anyone know of an existing module that does this that could be purchased? If not, could someone point me to a resource for a simple design?

Thank you for your help!

Edit: Another option is to source this with a +/-12V supply. It's easy to put a pot on the +/-12V and vary it from -12 to +12 but I would like to limit the output to a little over 10V if practical to do so.
