Can anyone provide me a link for a downloadable library of a voltmeter
I've seen so many proteus users with this component library, but sadly my proteus library doesn't have one
been searching through the web but i can't find any

Please give us more info. What microcontroller are you using? Do you want it to actually function sort of like a scope or multimeter? If so, I highly doubt any microcontroller will give acceptable results without extra circuitry. And what voltages do you intend to measure, with what accuracy? Is it purely DC or also AC?

No microcontroller included.
I just need a library for proteus
just like in the piture attached
then i will import the library in proteus so i can use it in the software.
