I need help locating a compact thermal switch (NO) that has a thru-hole mounting, and closes at 250min to 300max deg-C, with around a 1-amp resistive rating at 28-volts DC. Needs to be environmentally sealed, and has to have a low profile, less than 10mm including wire connection, due to clearance issues. Using relays and/or sensing circuits is not an option.
As an example, Airpax makes a line of switches in a TO220 case that would be ideal (67F series), but they top out at 150-deg C. The mounting hole is presently threaded 6-32 and 1/2 inch deep, but can be tapped out to a maximum 10-24/32 thread. Increased depth not an option.
Any leads would be appreciated.
