Post it in png format and post it as an attachment on this forum. Many users are reluctant to open outside files.

 

It looks a lot like an automotive circuit,so you may be living dangerously!
Car stuff is not normally allowed on this forum.

In the meantime,if you have the actual physical parts of the circuit,you should find out which connections are which on the relays.
Then redraw the circuit showing the coils & contacts in normal Electronics
format--the operation should then be easier to fathom.
