Need help in Aptitude Question

That's the best speculation I've heard about this matter of a fully educated engineer that can't match a 9 year old in math skills.
I ain't buying that: as saddening as it may be to contemplate the possibility that he is completely, utterly sincere, I do believe that is the case-- and that what we see, in all its polymorphous perplexity, is what we gots.
I'm trying struggling, with something less than unqualified success, to convince myself that he's asking how to develop web apps (such as that linked) :rolleyes:o_Oo_Oo_O

How truly hope (or denial?) springs eternal:oops::rolleyes:

Best regards

Again, your abortive, 'willy-nilly', behavior is all of unproductive, dubious and highly annoying to those of us whom wish to assist you!

Speaking for myself, continued interest in assisting you with your studies will depend, to no small degree upon your willingness to focus! -- Let's return to the problem of post #972:

Two cars are traveling at 60 mph and 45 mph respectively. If the faster car travels two hours longer and twice as far, then:
What are the distances traveled by each car?
What are the operation times of each car?
Pursuant to its solution, please:
1) Use the technique of simultaneous solution as described in posts #1023 and #1024...
2) Track the units as described in post #1024 and several other posts by @WBahn
3) Stick with the problem until correctly solved (IOW do not change the subject!!!)

During the following week I will have opportunity to 'look in' only a few times per day -- after which I will be more available -- As previously stated, continued assistance on my part is dependent upon your demonstrated willingness to focus - in addition to other outward indications of earnestness on your part!

Best regards

A few months ago, I saw that spelled with two (2) b's, as in "Yebbut".
I assumed the author was correct, but I have learned to NEVER believe I'm ahead of HP on spelling, grammar, slang, or languages. Starting now, I will use the form with the single "b" unless HP informs me differently.

ps, That was "Life, the universe, and everything"...I think. Senior moment. D'oh.

Actually, I have no idea:confused::oops: -- T'is a contraction I've (occasionally) encountered in on-line periodicals, etc... Variants would seem to include: Yebut, Yabut Yebbut and Yabbut -- But it'll always mean "Understood, however..." -- to me:D:D:D
