Hello everyone
I've recently taken it upon myself to fully deconstruct an IC, but finding my knowledge is only getting me so far. I am hoping to attach a few images of structures on my chip that I am finding confusing? Thank you for your time and any help you guys can offer.

 

It looks to me like a single metal layer process.
