Need a rechargable coin cell battery(3.7V@30mAh)

There may be some special battery with those specifications, but all of the "3.7V" batteries I found on common distributor listings were >= 85 mAh (e.g., 2032 size). At 30 mAh, they seemed to be 2016 size and 3.0V. How rigid are your specifications? Why won't a 2032 battery work?

Overspecifying a cell like this one at 85mAH https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/88/RJD_series-962351.pdf allows you to cycle it more than the expected life since the degradation will still put it above your requirement.
