I want to make an audio amplifier circuit, can anyone provide me its circuit design? I have searched google a lot but didn't find anything helpful. I am a student of electrical engineering but yet I am studying basics so plz provide as much help as you can.

Have you tried to look in magazines such as Elektor, Silicon Chip, etc?. To make a Audio amplifier circuits are so popular on such magazines, i would say "classic".

Hi
Here's a nice little amplifier for you. If you use R3 you can add a pre-amp to the amp.To prevent distortion, don't go under 15k for R3. I show 12v for the supply, but change it to a 15vdc input to make sure you get 7w rms output.

Soda,
Your TDA2003 amplifier is missing many important parts that are shown in its datasheet.
It does not need the resistor you added to the input.

Hi AUDIOGURU,
I used this amp to amplify the output of a ne555 siren for my house alarm project. Without the 15k resistor the sound was distorted like crazy.

I also use this amplifier for a so called home made tape player. The tape player output was in the region of 215mV and without the 15k resistor, the amp start to distort. I read the data sheet of the TDA2003 and according to it the input sensitivity of the TDA2003 is in the region of 65mV. Maybe i got it all wrong because I'm not a expert electronic guy, but i only do it as a hobby. So, if you think my way of understanding the date sheet is wrong, then please show me the write way because I'm always open if I can learn more from a more experience person.
