I need battery charger with over charge protection circuit for 24v dc input and 6v dc out put with 1.2V 1000 mAh AA size (5 nos in series) rechargable battery

Welcome to AAC!

You don't mention battery chemistry but, in general, it's not a good idea to charge batteries in series. The weak one will spend more time in overcharge which will accelerate it's demise.

sorry my information was incorrect, I need UPS circuit with 6v DC regulated out put and 24V DC input, I want to use 3.6v li-Ion battery 2 nos in series
