Dear All Wish you and your families everything goes well

I have IRFP150N MOSFET (HEXFET) TO247AC

I need to make H bridge to drive to motors ( 4 h bridges)
motor spec
type geared motor dc motor
speed 160 RPM( Output Shaft )
voltage 12v
Output Power: 15W
Continuous Current(A): 2A
We are planing to make trolley using four motors and expected put 25Kg including trolley weight

My question is

Can I able to make a H bridge using only N channel Mosfet,

if it is impossible
So what is the suitable P Channel Mosfet that I need to buy

Thaks in advanced

To use N channel you would need a suppply of maybe 10V positive of the 12V motor supply - total 22V - so not impossible.
A possible P channel would be IRFP9140N but it;s only rated for 21A but that should be OK for 2A.

You could use a charge-pump type MOSFET driver to provide the gate voltage needed for the top N-MOSFETs.
But using P-MOSFETs for the top transistors in the bridge would be easier.

Is the bridge just being used to reverse the motors?

Dear All Have a nice day

I am using IRFP150N MOSFET for stepper motor H-bridge driver with IR2104 as showing #6
As we all know IRFP150N has internal diode
There for do we need external diode to control back EMF
Please advice
