My new test equipment acquisition. No not the scope I have had that for about 5 years. The analog meter clock I have designed and built is finally done.

Low battery feature is working as designed as far as I know. All I had was an almost dead button battery and it is setting off the alarm as designed. But I need to lower the trip point because under sleep the clock still keeps time even with an almost dead battery.

I still need to finish the alarm feature but the clock itself is working great. I temporarily took up my scope just to show the changing PWM for seconds.

Try refreshing your browser. I deleted the old one and added a new one so the URL changed. I could not figure out how to replace the video.

Congrats, it's a real beauty... a few questions.
  • What sitcom's music was it at first?
  • Why is it silent now? Maybe the Mission Impossible soundtrack would spike things up a little. :p
  • How many beers did you have before taking the video? It's too shaky and I got a little dizzy after watching it. :D

Try holding a tablet PC out in front of you above your head steady for two minutes. Not to mention my hands shake from a genetic disorder. But I could be a neurosurgeon compared to my brother. His problem is very noticeable. You won't see it on me unless you are paying very close attention to my hands. It sometimes makes working on electronics difficult. That is why I avoid SMD. I could probably do it but just not worth the stress for me. It would require a lot of concentration to keep things steady.
