Thanks for sharing!! I haven't tried stencils yet, but have found HP Premium Presentation paper works good for PCBs. I does leave fibers behind that need to soak to get them to rub off between traces, but otherwise I've never had a problem due to the paper itself.
I stopped using presentation paper eons ago... now I use the backing paper of commercial vinyl film.

Update.

I've just discovered that placing the glass container with a mixture of 50-50 muriatic acid and peroxide under the heat (177°C / 350°F) of my heat press very significantly accelerates the process and also results in a much finer and higher resolution etch.

This recent discovery is definitely a keeper.
